Clip Description

Named for their thick, long, golden manes, golden-headed lion tamarins can only be found in the coastal forests of Brazil. These squirrel-sized monkeys sleep in tree holes at night and spend most of the day foraging for soft, sweet fruits.

In this fascinating clip, a golden-headed lion tamarin father must shoulder the burden of responsibility by looking after his children, whose desire to feed and play is extremely tiring. Why is looking after his youngest daughter particularly tiresome? Watch the clip to find out.
