Clip Description

The ibex, known also as the mountain goat, is a herbivore. It lives on a diet of grass, moss, flowers, leaves and twigs. However, it is not uncommon to see an ibex licking bare stones and rocks in its mountainous habitat. It does so for a gritty snack packed full of minerals, which are vital for its health.

Hold on tight as you watch the clip to find out.
