Clip Description

Otters can be found in many countries around the world, including the UK. They have a number of features that make them well-adapted to hunting in water such as webbed feet for swimming and dense fur for warmth.

In this fascinating clip, we see a group of smooth-coated otters, who have made their home in the waterways and backstreets of Singapore. Singapore is a bustling city in Southeast Asia. What obstacles will they face, when finding their way around? Watch the clip to find out.

Quick Number Challenge

There are 13 different species of otter in the world. Thirteen is an interesting number because it only has 2 factors. Factors are numbers that divide exactly into another number. The factors of 13 are 1 and 13 (1 x 13 = 13)

Can you think of another number with only 2 factors?
