Have you ever built a den out of sticks or blankets to hide in? Beavers build lodges out of branches, mud, and stones that are so strong even a bear couldn’t break in. The only entrances are underwater, giving the beavers a safe escape whenever danger comes. They can even stay hidden underwater for up to 15 minutes.
