Did You Know?

Sauropod dinosaurs were the long-necked, plant-eating giants of the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. Among them was Argentinosaurus, the largest animal ever to walk the planet. This incredible dinosaur was a staggering thirty-five metres long and weighed seventy-five tonnes – more than ten elephants combined! Amazingly, Argentinosaurus started life as a tiny five-kilogram hatchling.
