Morning Starters: Summer 2 - Brilliant Brain

Wednesday

Did You Know?

Dolphins are brilliant hunters, thanks to their highly developed brains! Their cerebral cortex, responsible for planning and problem-solving, helps them strategise and work together to outsmart prey. Bottlenose dolphins are one of the few species, along with apes and humans, that have the ability to recognise themselves in a mirror. They are also among the few animals that have been documented using tools.
