With a talk partner, take turns to say why a capital letter has been used.

Example:

Partner A: “In the first sentence, the word ‘Asia’ has a capital letter at the start because it is the name of a continent.”

Partner B: “In the second sentence, the pronoun ‘I’ is always capitalised.”
