  • You are an experienced carmine bee-eater who has mastered the technique of using elephants to catch insects. Write a set of instructions for an inexperienced bee-eater on how to catch insects.
  • Write a short adventure story that is set in Botswana, Africa, and features Beatrix and Bert. Don’t forget to include some direct speech, following the rules that were outlined in the Grammar Bit.
  • If you start the Planet Earth II Grasslands episode from 17minutes 13 seconds, you’ll see carmine bee-eaters hitching rides on the backs of some of Africa’s biggest birds. Write a conversation between a bee-eater and an ostrich. Will the ostrich be kind to its passenger?
