Cassiopea jellyfish come in a variety of colours. They can be white, blue, brown or green. Some even glow in the dark!

Use PAWS, counters and column subtraction to solve the following word problem.

In the Caribbean Sea, 442 cassiopea jellyfish were sunbathing on the seabed amongst the turtle grass. Of these jellyfish, 356 were white and the remaining jellyfish were blue.

How many blue cassiopea jellyfish were sunbathing on the seabed?
