• There are two types of bison – the American bison and the European bison. Create a comparison chart based on number facts such as how heavy they are, their weight, height, life expectancy and how many are left in the wild. You could extend this activity by creating a Top Trump card for each animal. (You could include other animals that belong to the Bovidae family such as water buffalo and yaks.)
